What it does is stimulates the digestion process while treating the inflammation and irritation caused by gastritis. We recommend chewing 120gm of ginger root at least four times a day for about 2-3 months. This will also eliminate the bacteria from your stomach.
2: Carom Seeds
Carom seeds act like a natural antacid and provide instant relieve to stomach’s mucous membrane suffering from acidity and hyperactivity. Moreover, they help treat bloating, nausea and indigestion. You can easily buy them from the market.
